ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

The following is the entire Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") agreement between PanelConfig LLC and the personal or corporate account holder ("YOU/YOUR/Customer").

PanelConfig LLC provides worldwide server management services and tools. PanelConfig LLC has certain legal and ethical responsibilities regarding the use of its servers and equipment involved in these services.

PanelConfig LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided by PanelConfig LLC when we determine that the account has been inappropriately used.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT BOUNDARIES

PanelConfig LLC provides technical support for you within our area of expertise only. This includes assistance, troubleshooting, and debugging of our server management services but does not include other hosting-related issues or third-party web services.

We are not obligated to help with installations of new applications, templates, programming languages, or fixing errors produced by modifications made by you. We will only assist in ensuring that our provided services function as directed.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept Credit/Debit Cards and Bitcoin as payment.

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Setup or handling fees may apply and are non-refundable. Pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. PanelConfig LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time unless otherwise agreed.

Any account not brought current is subject to suspension. Restoring accounts from suspension due to late payments may incur additional charges of at least 10% of the total outstanding amount. You are responsible for all fees owed until you notify PanelConfig LLC of service termination.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

PanelConfig LLC reserves the right to cancel a service at any time. Fees paid in advance of cancellation may be prorated and refunded at our discretion. Any violation of policies that result in extra costs will be billed to you.

All PanelConfig LLC services are non-refundable.

To cancel a service, you must do so through the cancellation section in your account control panel. Chat support or email requests will not constitute acceptance of cancellation.

SUSPENSION

All products will be suspended once their expiration date arrives. You can always renew a product from the client area. If a client violates our terms of service, PanelConfig LLC has the right to suspend and block all associated products at any time. Fees may apply for account restoration, including late fees of at least 10%.

PROMOTIONAL RATES & SPECIAL OFFERS

PanelConfig LLC may offer promotional rates or special offers, which shall not alter your obligations under this Agreement. These promotions may be subject to additional terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Material accessible through PanelConfig LLC’s services may be subject to copyright or other protections. You must not use our services in a way that infringes upon these rights.

NETWORK SECURITY

Customers may not use the PanelConfig LLC network to attempt unauthorized access, engage in password cracking, probe other networks for weaknesses, or distribute malicious software.

IP ADDRESS OWNERSHIP

PanelConfig LLC maintains ownership of all IP addresses assigned to you and reserves the right to change or remove them.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and updated account information for all purchases.

TERMINATION

PanelConfig LLC may terminate services at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.
