1. Compatibility, Scope & Clarification: This product is an independently supplied SolusVM Slave source-code and is not an official perpetual license key issued by the named upstream vendor. It is intended for the supported server, operating system, control panel, or virtualization environment described for this product type. Installing it in an incompatible environment will fail. Multi-server use is allowed only within the buyer’s own organization and according to the included usage terms.
2. Delivery & Installation: The source-code package, installation files, and setup instructions will be provided in the customer dashboard after purchase. This product does not depend on a recurring upstream vendor license key. Install the package on each permitted system, complete the documented configuration, and verify the application or service locally.
3. Multi-Server Deployment & Migration: The delivered package may be deployed on multiple buyer-owned or buyer-controlled systems within the purchased rights and is not restricted to one licensed IP or domain. For migration assistance, open a support ticket and include the old and new IP addresses or URLs. Support-assisted configuration is usually immediate but may take 5 to 6 hours in rare cases. Existing permitted installations do not automatically deactivate merely because a new server is added.
4. Security & Free Setup: The Server IP is collected only for initial delivery, compatibility review, and optional setup assistance; it is not used to create an official upstream-vendor license. For free setup, provide temporary administrator, root, or control-panel credentials through a support ticket and rotate them safely after completion.
