Configuration

1. License Compatibility: This product is intended for a supported Windows Dedicated Server. Installing or activating it on Linux, an unsupported Windows version, or an incompatible Windows VPS/RDP server edition will fail. Verify the operating system and server class before ordering.

2. Activation & Management: The license key and activation instructions will be provided in your customer dashboard immediately after purchase. Apply the supplied key from a Windows Administrator session, confirm activation under Plesk Tools & Settings > License Information, and install supported Plesk updates normally.

3. IP Change & Migration: If you experience any difficulty while changing the licensed IP, open a support ticket and include both the current (old) IP and the new IP. IP changes are usually instant, but in rare cases they may take 5 to 6 hours. Once the IP change is completed, the license will work only on the new server IP and will deactivate on the old server IP.

4. Security & Free Setup: We require only the Server IP for normal license generation; no administrator credentials are needed. If you choose the optional free setup service, open a support ticket and provide temporary Windows Administrator or Plesk administrator credentials. After setup, you can safely rotate the credentials with zero service interruption.
