Configuration

1. License Compatibility: This product is intended for a supported Windows VPS/RDP server. Installing or activating it on Linux, an unsupported Windows version, or an incompatible Windows Dedicated Server edition will fail. Verify the operating system and server class before ordering.

2. Activation & Management: The license key and activation instructions will be provided in your customer dashboard immediately after purchase. Apply the supplied key from a Windows Administrator session, confirm activation under Plesk Tools & Settings > License Information, and install supported Plesk updates normally.

3. IP Change & Migration: If you experience any difficulty while changing the licensed IP, open a support ticket and include both the current (old) IP and the new IP. IP changes are usually instant, but in rare cases they may take 5 to 6 hours. Once the IP change is completed, the license will work only on the new server IP and will deactivate on the old server IP.

4. Security & Free Setup: We require only the Server IP for normal license generation; no administrator credentials are needed. If you choose the optional free setup service, open a support ticket and provide temporary Windows Administrator or Plesk administrator credentials. After setup, you can safely rotate the credentials with zero service interruption.
