1. Compatibility & Scope: This plugin is not an independent control panel and is intended for a supported cPanel, DirectAdmin, or compatible Linux control-panel server. Unsupported panels, operating systems, or software versions may fail. Verify all platform and edition requirements before ordering.
2. Activation & Management: Activation instructions, installation files, or license keys will be provided in the customer dashboard immediately after purchase. Activate the product with the dashboard key or command, configure backup destinations and schedules, and verify the license inside JetBackup or at https://billing.jetbackup.com/verify.php.
3. IP Change & Migration: If you experience any difficulty while changing the licensed IP, open a support ticket and include both the current (old) IP and the new IP. IP changes are usually instant, but in rare cases they may take 5 to 6 hours. Once the IP change is completed, the license will work only on the new server IP and will deactivate on the old server IP.
4. Security & Free Setup: We require only the Server IP for normal license generation; no administrator credentials are needed. If you choose the optional free setup service, open a support ticket and provide temporary root credentials. After setup, you can safely rotate the credentials with zero service interruption.
