Configuration

1. Compatibility & Scope: This plugin is not an independent control panel and is intended for a supported hosting control panel on a Linux VPS or Dedicated Server. Unsupported panels, operating systems, or software versions may fail. Verify all platform and edition requirements before ordering.

2. Activation & Management: Activation instructions, installation files, or license keys will be provided in the customer dashboard immediately after purchase. Apply the SitePad activation key or command, synchronize the control-panel plugin, and confirm the Business edition and server status in the SitePad administration interface.

3. IP Change & Migration: If you experience any difficulty while changing the licensed IP, open a support ticket and include both the current (old) IP and the new IP. IP changes are usually instant, but in rare cases they may take 5 to 6 hours. Once the IP change is completed, the license will work only on the new server IP and will deactivate on the old server IP.

4. Security & Free Setup: We require only the Server IP for normal license generation; no administrator credentials are needed. If you choose the optional free setup service, open a support ticket and provide temporary root credentials. After setup, you can safely rotate the credentials with zero service interruption.
