Configuration

1. Compatibility & Scope: This software license is intended for one authorized installation on the registered Domain URL. Duplicate installations, invalid domains, or incompatible PHP versions and extensions may fail. Verify the software requirements before ordering.

2. Activation & Management: The installation files and license key will be provided in the customer dashboard immediately after purchase. Apply the supplied key in the WiseCP installation, confirm the registered Domain URL and branding-removal status, and use the supported update process for future releases.

3. Domain Change & Migration: If you face any issue while changing the licensed domain, open a support ticket and include both the existing URL and the new fully qualified Domain URL. Domain reissues are usually instant, but in rare cases they may take 5 to 6 hours. Once the change is completed, the license will work only on the new domain and will deactivate on the previous domain.

4. Security & Free Setup: Only the Domain URL is required for license generation. If you choose the optional free setup service, open a support ticket and provide temporary WHMCS/software administrator and hosting control-panel credentials. You can safely change those credentials after setup with zero interruption to the activated license or configured service.
